Help Help Gearbox 147

This is request for help to any Alfa owners in Dorset or Somerset.

I have a 2001 Alfa 147 which has a problem with the selespeed searbox. My husband changed that and the actuator unit. We now have 1st, 2nd and reverse but not the rest. We think it needs to have a computer connected to it.
I lost my job yesterday and I desperately need this car on the road so I can get a new job. I was luckily able to get a lift from my neighbour to my previous job.

This is a plea for help from anybody who has Alfadiag or Fiat ECU scan that can help us try and recalibrate.

Thanks in advance

You can disconnect the battery for an hour to clear codes. But make sure you have your stereo code before you do.
