I took mine about six months ago for four wheel alignment. I knew they were to **** at the front and I had rear tyres like 50p pieces. There was some talk of some Goodyear F1's having this very issue, I think they may have been fake or something, anyway I thought I'd find out.
The chap refused to align it because the front droplinks were knackered (hardly eight months old) and there was play in the rear. Suspected top bearings (bushes to me) where the strut is connected to the car and the longitudinal arms seemed to have excessive play. Both confirmed the very same day when I MOT'd it.
The wheel alignment guy mentioned the rear bolts do seize and make it difficult to adjust, mine at the time he seemed to think were OK.
All the work is now done and MOT'd but I have been using my old Audi over winter. I need to take it for alignment sometime soon.
action84 I can only assume the tech meant they were seized as they can be adjusted for toe.
Priorities I find, are usually someone else's.
Statements above are all my own opinion and not fact.
