Electric window dead

Hi all! Had a search on here and have been a bit baffled by it all. Forgive me if this has been covered.

Got into my car today, press button to drop drivers side window. BEEP. Nothing happened. Open and close door. WIndow does not move up or down as it shuts any more.

Tried soft reset. Nothing. I get a beep and a click noise. But no motor action?

Any suggestions please? xx

Does it go down if you press and hold "open" on the remote fob?
