As I'm sure you have already read, there is only 0.6L in the entire Selespeed system and most of that is in the reservoir.
When you open the Selespeed tank cap you can see a metal plate, that is just a separator, it isn't the bottom of the tank.
With the black plastic cover removed you can see the two pipes leading from the tank. It is reasonably simple to disconnect the larger one and drain it, but you will probably need a new hose clip (just get a normal Jubilee clip).
The oil is a high spec ATF fluid, safest thing is to get it (Selenia CS Speed) from an Alfa or Fiat parts dept (or mail order from Shop4parts).
