alfa 147 crossrail

Hi there,

Unfortunately my Alfa has been in a little accident. Someone pulled out infront of me without looking and BANG! can guess the rest Anyway, insurance says its my fault and tbh, there isnt too much to repair on mine, so being 3rd party, I am going to replace the bumper and bonnet myself (just get a bodyshop to spray them), and change the rad myself too. Now then, the part I want to know about if somebody has been in that are of the car before, does the "crossrail" as it is called on the eper ( runs from behind both headlmaps behind the bumper and is attached to the rad) need to be welded on/off or is it a bolt on part? that will decide wether i send that to an ARC to be replaced or not.

Cheers in advance
