Help Selespeed Bunnyhoppin'

Hello out there in internet land.
I recently bought a 2000 156 Monza 2lt selespeed, and have been having a problem I thought someone might be able to help me with. Everything works well until the temperature gets a little warm (usually from driving in traffic), and the car starts to have trouble taking off. It feels like the clutch is trying to grab at 1st gear unsuccessfully, which causes the car to bunnyhop a bit a take off. I have taken it to an Alfa service centre who looked at it, and since then have had the clutch replaced. Any thoughts on what might be causing this problem.
Thanks in advance

Re: Selespeed Bunnyhoppin'

Have you had the Selespeed calibrated and the clutch pushrod adjusted?
If not, that is probably what you need.

Re: Selespeed Bunnyhoppin'

Rather common fault. Your solenoid valve (on the actuator unit) controlling the clutch push rod needs replacement.
