After many months of trying to get troubled alfa back on the road after cam belt failure and new wishbones to get it through the MOT which expired whilst off the road, it is has now been back on the road for an entire week without any problems and driving like a new car (well almost). As we brave the second week the honey moon period is over and the suspension is starting to make a deep clonking noise when braking lightly and resonates at certain speeds. If i brake hard or accelerate it doesn't do it (seems to come from front right wheel).
It used to squeek and sigh as it went over bumps with the old wishbones but for the first week on the new ones its been faultless. Can't see anything loose, any Ideas.
After driving it again it is speed related clonking quicker as the car goes quicker worse during braking but present when not less noticable accelerating. Weird!!!
