Can anyone recommend a headunit and mp3 CD multichanger

Hello all.
Want to put a decent headunit and mp3 CD multichanger into my 147... I am not a ICE aficionado...but I am also not the type of bloke who needs to have the volume at +11 all the time...I want quality of sound rather than how loud it can go...any recommendations?

I'd say have one of these: and spend the money saved from not getting a changer on better speakers.

Like these:

That way you will not have spend a fortune, you'll have decent soundquality, and you will have the ability to take along a mobile harddrive with your entire collection of mp3's. Your regular USB based mp3-player(if you have one) should also work as a source for that headunit.
