156 JTD - What to do?...

Hi all
I bought a 03 156 JTD in autumn 2012 to get me through the winter (usually spend my time on 2 wheels).

Just gone to put it through MOT knowing that it needs too and bottom wishbones on both sides but also now needs rear brake pads and discs and brake lines have corroded.

Also some usual 156 faults - airbag light on and off, blowing bulbs, oil leak from hairline crack in sump.

All in all I'm looking at well over 500 to get things sorted and I can't really afford to put that money into it.

What's the best option for moving it on? Sell as a full car for spares or repair or break it and sell the parts?

The car has it good bits - alloys in good condition with nearly new tyres, leather interior spotless, bodywork in v good condition and everything else running well.

seems its been neglected a bit n all work needs doing at once, replaced top and bottom wishbones on mine this year its not a huge job is you have spanners...rear discs and pads isnt much of a job either......

the think is what kind of other car would you get for 500? how long would that last and how much would that need spending on it
