Unless your dampers are brand new (less then 8.000 miles) then you need fresh ones with lower riding hight. No matter what people say to decieve themselves, a 156 with +30mm lowering, drives like crap unless you fit sportdampers designed to cope with the lower ride hight. The stock dampers can cope with 20-25mm if they are fresh, but even then you are pushing your luck.
To get best results, i would advise getting a kit where springs and dampers are matched. Pleny of quality offers around.
