best oil for 1.9 16v mjet

Just to confirm... best oils for sporty driving?
5w30 or 5w40? fully synthetic?

where do you live, what do you want max mpg or max engine protection etc
what sort of temperatures do you see outside, if always coolish 0w40
if always warmish 5w40
5w30 or 0w30 I wouldn't unless you need mpg , or your sporty driving isn't all that sporty
fully synthetic minimum maybe an ester synthetic for max protection.

5w40, they were never speced with 5w30.

The best oil is either Fuchs pro s, Redline 5w40 or millers nano drive, all are an ester based synthetic and as good as you will ever need in a road car, but are expensive at over 50 a gallon.
