Re: How long for new tyres to bed in?
The alignment was out by a total of 34 minutes apparantly. Could well explain why my car was handling like an Easycar A class on a windy motorway!
Front toe was -0.01o and +0.09o, now -0.10o and -0.09o.
Camber -1.29 and -0.54, but as non-adjustable will just have to live with it.
Incidentally, rear was +0.17o and +0.08o, now a healthier +0.18 and 0.15o.
Handline now LOTS better. However..... The steering wheel is at an angle, around 5 to the hour. Debating whether I should endure a fifth visit to the alignment firm, or just live with it as I like the handling, if not the wonky wheel!
I went to a firm called Harveys - they are Kwik Fit owned. They have a rocking 18K alignment set-up, but appears that thet just do not have the correct training. A letter will most certainly be sent!
