Squeaking passenger side

I have a squeaking coming from the passenger side front wheel area.

I have had the suspension arm and brake discs replaced. Yet I still get the sound.

It does not make a noise if the car is stationary and you push down on the suspension, only when I am driving and going over speed bumps.

This has been frustrating me for months now!!!

Does anyone have any suggestions???

I have a 147 Collezione

I can almost guarantee the suspension arm bushes weren't greased when they were replaced.

Yep and the same from here. You could spray with silicone which should do it but dont use wd40 as this will dry the rubber out.
