Try to do some search; this problem was discussed in more threads here.
I had the same problem year ago. Problem with shifting 4th and 5th gear and the lever didn’t return to neutral.
It wasn’t anything serious, just the mechanism linking the gear lever and gearbox was dirty and sticky. My mechanic took it apart, cleaned and greased it. Shifting works again as new.
Some people on this forum commented it might be caused by worn gearbox bushes, or worn gearbox linkage. You may need to replace these, but I hope cleaning and re-greasing will be ok.
