I haven't used EBC stuff myself but few of my trackday chums who have tried lots of different pads say basically say that all EBC pads are rubbish.
Greenstuff pads disintegrate quickly under hard use, Redstuff pads were also disintegrating for track use on modestly powered light cars.
Pagid pads especially and also Ferodo DS2500's were very highly thought of by all.
I think upgraded discs (e.g. heat treated, cross drilled, grooved etc etc) would have more effect in relation to increased thermal capacity and ability to shed heat than actual stopping power for road use.
If you aren't suffering brake fade or soft brake pedal then the standard brake fluid is fine.
I would recommend braided hoses too, they give a much better sense of control.
