Well, I'm going to take my car into for a service, see what's the hell wrong with my Air Con, although I don't think there's anything wrong with it, just the way it was made
As AndyMac said, if you have leather seats you really feel it, and he only suffered in ambient temps of high 30's, try mid to high 40's!
I too have leather seats and it's terrible!
And to answer someone elses comment (armoore) about
'What I cannot understand is why some want their car so cold on the inside that if it were winter they would be putting the heat up high!'
It's the fact that it's because it is so hot outside, it's like when you go shopping on a very hot day, walking outside in the sun from shop to shop, following your gf or whatever, outside, carrying her bags! sweating and you jump into a shop that has cool air con and you feel this immediate relief... that's what I'm looking for when I jump into my Alfa. And I get that almost immediate relief with my gf's car who has a pug 206.
I don't always want to feel that I'm in the north pole when I'm driving, but certainly I would like to feel when I get into the Alfa, 'Ahhhhh, yes!!!!, cool and comfortable at last' instead of 'OMG, it's stifling hot and humid in here, can't breath, can't breath! please air con, air con work!!!'
of course, after the blast of north pole air has surged from the air con unit (pug 206), one would turn the climate control to a more reasonable ambient comfortable temperature for continued driving.
That's my 2 cents anyway.
Anyone has anyclue why my immobilser code system is acting up?
all the best
