Re: Scary drive into work!
I accept that P6000’s are not ideal, but really feel pushed into a corner – only one tyre is bad, I have 3 good ones. As they cost £400 all-in, I cannot justify this change.
How about getting P6000s on the back and another brand on the front?
Both rear tyres are around 6mm, nice and even wear. Will have a new front and a front with tread from 5 and 4mm, so not even wear.
What is the best configuration given the tyres I have? Ie, three in good shape and one in average shape? Should the weakest one go on the rear with the brand new one, or what?
