147 JTD Remap + Clutch Question(s)

Hey guys,

I'm thinking of getting my 147 remapped by either Angeltuning in Banbury, or Intaservices in Leicester. Anyone had any experiences with these guys? Not sure which one to go with, or if it even matters.

Also, I've read that after a remap your clutch can take a bit of a battering.
My engine is currently at 98,000 miles. When I start it from cold the clutch feels stiff and gear changes are sticky, after a few minutes and things have warmed up its absolutely fine. Is this a sign that my clutch is worn? Should I replace it before getting a remap?

Thanks for any help.
