147 1.9JTDm Timing Belt Change...

Apologies if this has already been asked. My 147 had it's first timing/auxiliary belt and water pump replacement at 49301 miles (now 70k), the date on the receipt is April 2011. I know the recommended interval is 60k or 4 years but do lower mileage cars generally require more frequent belt changes? I ask only because I cover less than 5000 miles a year and it does not get driven everyday, regrettable I know.

Secondly, how do I know if my 147 has a CF3 or CF4 engine because I know that the timing belts are different for each.

147 Sport Q2: Autolusso Remap + Swirl Flap & EGR Delete, Mocal Oil Cooler Kit, JTD Performance FMIC Kit + High Flow Elbow, Wizard Downpipe, PF Pads + 5.1 Fluid, Autolusso Braided Brake Lines, MTech Short-Shifter, Autolusso Silicone Turbo-to-MAF Hose, Refurbed Q2's + Some to add later.

Not aware lower mileage need any different. Both mileage and time are the key. I would never exceed either
