I agree with the others - stick.
I've had a similar dilemma recently having put 60k miles on an 03 JTS, which is now finally worth more than I owe on her and therefore I considered changing, also to a deisel.
What has swung it for me is that my local alfa specialist keeps giving me loan cars during services with high mileage (90k 145QV, 130k GTV) which drove really well and support his assertion that if you've got a good 'un and service it properly, modern Alfas can take the mileage.
Since I can't see any obvious benefits in performance, kit, looks, etc to changing, and would easily lose any economy benefits by the cost to change, I think I'll see if I can do the same again in the next three years.
Then again, I might get bored of all the rationality and buy a Brera...
