Alfa 147 2.0 Selespeed problems of 12 year old car with 85kkm
Recently I bought Alfa 147 2.0 Selespeed for my wife ...not really ;-) I wanted to have some fun cause normaly I drive Laguna III 2.0 diesel.
The car is generally in perfect condition. It has 85kkm -real , maintained in Alfa ASO.
Last service was 3 years ago -but just 14kkm ago.
During last servic a lot of things has been done, but I found also some notes what has to be done and also I found few problems.
First of all I diagnosed low battery voltage ~12V when engine is not running but also:
1. Leaking power stearing upper oil line, near left front wheel mudguard.
I have new lines- is it hard to change the upper one ?
2.Oil leaking from Selespeed resorvoir cap and breathing tube.
I found on the web that this could be pressure accumulator but I want to confirm, please have a look on the graph and data and help do diagnose.
When driver's door are opened after night, pump pumps ~8seconds.
Pressure drops from 55MPa down to 45Mpa within 220seconds- is it within specs?
During one gear change pressure drops by 6MPa.

Gearbox works perfect , just when cold makes small bunny hopping during few first moves-- is it normal?
Maybe problems are connected with low battery voltage?
3. Clutch pressure plate travel
I found mine to be on the level of ~27,9mm I will adjust to 28-28,5 when I'll solve problem no.2.
4. Problems with the airbag connectors
Solved by soldering
From the notes and my observations:
1. Oil leaking between gearbox and engine cases
Best Polish ASO T&T said that this is from balancer shafts caps.
How to seal this and do I need to buy some parts?
2. Oil leaking on the timming belt side
ASO said that this are also balancer or crank shaft seals- can you tell me parts numbers?
3. Squeaking lower front arm
Is squeaking a reason to change it are is the any way/sens to greas it and how?
