Following the symptoms explained on:
I decided to get out the head myself (2 Saturdays and around 12 hours... and a lot of patience...).
I've found that the leak was on the cylinder number 2 (see the pictures bellow).
I measured the height of the head using a caliper. It has 107,00 mm to 106,85 mm (don't know the uncertainty of the caliper). I suspect that the head have been skimmed before, especially because on elearn says the head height shouldn't be above 107 mm!
"If the planarity of the lower cylinder head surface is not within the recommended values, regrind it without exceeding the minimum permissible height."
being the permissible minimum height: 107.0 ± 0.05 mm
I took the head to the machine shop. They told me, by inspecting the machine marks, that the head have never been machined before and that is possible to skimm it.
Does anyone have been in this situation?

(If anyone decides to do it be careful when you deal with high pressure fuel lines, they must be at rest for several minutes before you do anything!)
