Will Double R32 style Exhaust fit on 147

Hello. I have rang custom exhaust company today to find out if i can have double exhaust system(like on golf r32 with one either side) fitted to my 147 and they asked if I could look under the car and see if mechanically the exhausts would fit!
My car is at garage at min and really wanna know asap so wondered if any one can help answer this question?

They really wondered whether there is space for the second exhaust exit on the right hand side?

It will fit. You can find some double exhaust options in the shop on http://www.alfisti.net/
(The site seems down at the moment, so I cant post direct link to the exhausts section)

Definitely will fit and looks better if you change the rear bumper to match. Autodelta do it for their J12 kit. Take a look at mine:

Re: Will Double R32 style Exhaust fit on 147

Just a word of warning. There is no room under the car for genuine twin back boxes on either 147, 156 or GT. The design of the underbody won't allow it. So what you get is a 2nd box, which is only connected from the 1st box via a pipe. This means the exhaust fumes exiting the 2nd back box is much cooler then the fumes exiting the 1st back box.

The result is that the 2nd back box smokes much like a smoke stack for the best part of the year. While twin exhausts look awesome, and can sound awesome too, they all look awfull when in use IMHO. I had a twin Raggazzon on my V6, and after a short while i had to remove it. Having tons of smoke exiting only one of the two back boxes made the car look fake somehow. And a smokey exhaust in general is uncool.
