156 heater issues

Well on the first day of sub zero temps, and I needed to use the heater, it will only blow luke warm. It has been working fine before when I didn't need it. I recently did a coolant system flush if that might have anything to do with it.

I also noticed today that it took a very long time for the engine to reach 90 degrees. After a 10k run it was still under 80 degrees. I let it idle until the engine temp came up to 98 and the radiator fan kicked in, but still no heat from the cabin heater.

I will change the thermostat but I am not sure it will fix the heater problem.

Anyone have any ideas?
