Sorry - can we clarify? The engine isn't cranking at all when you try to start, as I understand it? If that is the case you can change all the sensors and read all the codes that you like, but if it won't turn over it won't go.
Either a connection to the starter motor has failed - try the connector for the starter cable in the black box on the positive terminal; there has been a failure of the starter trigger circuit - you'll need to physically check the terminal on the starter motor (not easy to get at), or at a push it could be a faulty switch on the ignition; or the starter itself has failed - unusual, but it happens. Just possibly it could have jammed, might be worth trying to rock the car in gear to see if that frees the starter, or try bump-starting or tow-starting the car.
