As I cant afford to get it done properly as yet what would you Busso owners recommend to clean it up a little. Clay? Polish? Simple cleaning products etc?
It's not so hard to DIY. Plenty of guides in the GTA section. Front cover is a doddle to take off, rear is more time consuming. So all it costs is some new gaskets for the chrome pipes, a pair of R Clip pliers, some high temp silver paint and some VHT crinkle paint or some of this if you want the nads Riloplast
and a spare day.
It's a great way of getting to know your car a bit too. Well pleased I did mine and obviously I'll take the opportunity to sneak a photo in ImageBam
I'm stripping mine off next summer to do the covers better, they didn't wrinkle up enough, basically because I had to rush a bit.
