330mm would be maximum. You might get away with 335mm, but AFAIk there are no kits out there with this size. 355mm is availlable, but req 18".
There is absolutely no need to uprate the rear brakes other then Grooved or drilled disks and uprated pads. Very little braking is going on back there. Fitting 4 pots to the rear would probably be very dangerous, as it upsets the brake balance ratio.
I don't see why your 200 bhp 147 would "eat" the stock brakes. The 156 2.5 192 Bhp is equipped with the same brakes, and should by all means create more wear with the heavy front end. The main benefit from a bigger set of front brakes, is the lack of Fading. In your case i would fit a set of 305mm Brembo Super Turismo. 330mm is overkill on your car.
