My 1st Alfa - help needed with hands free/bluetooth thingy...
I'm the proud owner of my first Alfa. A 2003 facelift 156 1.8 T Spark.
I'm really happy with it but I do have one slight problem that I was hoping somebody here might be able to help me with. It seems like a great forum & the best place to go for anything Alfa!
The car came with a hands free/ bluetooth thing. I didn't want it and the wires hanging out the dashboardand door pillar were really bugging me. I went to try and remove them properly but gave up after a while and just cut the wires and poked the ends out of sight. I know its a bit of a bodge but I wouldn't have minded if that was the end of it.
Now though, every time I start the car with the radio on I get a womans voice coming through the speakers telling me theres 'a connection problem' in various languages. This lasts a couple of minutes.
Its even more irritating than having the wires hanging out the dash!
Can anyone help me out and tell me what I need to do/remove to stop it?
Thanks in advance!
