Re: Upper Wishbones
About an hour and a half each side....but I am slow!!!
The whole lot needs doing...
*drop link (top nut)
*long bolt as bottom of the strut
*four bolts on top of the strut
Then, you drop the whole strut a couple of inches (that's about all it iwll go) an wiggle off the wishbone carrier (dunno proper name!) frmo the top of the strut. That's a bit of a pain because there are a couple of small rubber washers on the thred stopping this from happening, remove them first if you can.
*Undo long bolt holding wishbones to carrier (you might want to loosen this whilst it's on the car, second one was a pig for me, even in the vice!).
