Yeh, I was thinking turbo issues too but you can hear it spooling and the power was still there when the light came on. Usually, with boost issues, it has been my experience that if there is a "serious" issue, the car goes into limp and stays in limp until switched off and switched on again - that didn't happen this time!!!
Also, given that the issue started on startup, it made me think there wouldn't be a vac issue - must be something electrical - torn between the MAP and EGR. I think I may have cooked the EGR on the basis of having a restrictor fitted - dunno!
Time will tell! I have been thinking EGR because of the way the problem manifests itself - I thought that with the MAP sensor, the car would stay in limp? EGR tends to cause the jitters?
