Might be better off with 1/4" drive, although the one you've linked to will almost certainly do. You'll need an extension bar too and a 3/8" bar might be a bit awkward to fit past the pipes and wiring.
Some of the plugs are easier than others to get at...but it's by no means hard.
Have you managed to identify the problem plug(s)? If you pull the connector off the tip of the plug it should read a couple of ohms to earth. I've had two fail, one was open circuit the other was about 130ohms.
Takes a few starts of the engine for the glow plug error to clear from the dash.
Loose - not close, compact, or tight in structure or arrangement
Lose - to part with or come to be without, as through theft, accident, negligence, etc.
