156 Starting issue
Well since I got my 156 back last March after it's timing belt stripped and bent every valve, its been a year of pain free wonderful motoring (well all 6,500mls of it).
To cut to the chase, I was away on holiday for a week and left the car parked up in the drive, I go to start her up tonight and it turns over for a second at the most then cuts out, I try to restart her and all I get is a a whirring noise like it won't catch (its not the high pitched spinning whirring noise you hear after a belt snaps, but a lower whirring sound like a starter spinning), I know it was extremely low on fuel. Is it just a case of it being out of fuel or is it a more sinister issue, starter motor for example, surely it cant be another cam belt issue.
I appreciate your help guys
