I just leave it insured, its in the garage locked away but im not sure if i would lose my no claims with a break in the policy, also my multicar policy with Admiral cost me around £600 (dropped £240 this year!) fully comp' for both cars so it would probably end up costing more, did look at changing to TPF&T for 6 months and then back to fully comp but the cost was the same. Its just nice to think of it as another years guaranteed no claims too once its gone back in the garage as i had to start from scratch when i had this one so im up to 3 years now.
I had thought about taxing through the winter this year and using it on the odd nice winters day but having spent £927 on the 159 to get it through MOT and having the corrosion treated on it the GT is going into hibernation!
