Heavy Clutch Action 156

Can anyone suggest why the clutch action is very heavy on my 156 V6?. It had a new clutch 10000 miles ago (before my ownership). Could 'Mr Clutch' who fitted it of done it incorectly, does the slave cylinder need bleeding. Does the master cyclinder need bleeding (if it can)? Any ideas? Cheers
