147 Mystery Cable

I bought a 147 last week. Took it for a test drive before hand, and in my excitement completely forgot to check the climate control.

Turns out that it's stuck on hot, and after searching around on this site I have reset the ECU, with no luck, so now I'm looking at the heat actuator.

First of all I found a cable that should have been plugged into the heat actuator itself unplugged. Plugged that in, ECU reset, nothing.

Now I have found another cable that is likely coming from the heater control panel, but isn't plugged in anywhere. Does anyone know where it should go?

This is a closer look at the cable.

Thanks in advance!

Think that may be the plug off the optional connect nav system, found something similar behind my dash.
