Changing key battery

This is easy, once you know how!

Just had a bottle of wine, so felt brave enough to tackle it.

Process of trial and error has taught me that by changing the Lock setting to Unlock in the key (beneath the key itself) loosens the inside bit that belongs to the battery. (There is a removable plastic tray housing the battery inside the main key).

Once this is loostened, use a small screwdriver to prize out the battery. Replace, put back, change Unlock to Lock and bob's your uncle!

If anyone happens ro know how I can get a battery for this key this will complete the guide

Re: Changing key battery

I think most supermarkets sell them now, or try eBay.

Re: Changing key battery

Yep - it's easy when you know how - I watched the dealer do mine this week - battery was 3.28 (including 'fitting').
