How many miles are up on your car?
I found that during the winter months that this happened my 2.0 T-Spark Sport Kit 156 especially first thing on cold mornings.
It seemed to go away after the suspension had warmed up, and wasn't present for most of the year.
It occured initally after about 2 years, but actually didn't cause any problems over a 5 year ownership period.
On these cars the front suspension wishbone bushes can wear and make this sort of noise but this would normally happen more often than just going over ramps.
If the noise gets progressively worse then it probably is the bushes and these need replacing (couple of hundred quid for a new wishbone arm or you could investigate the current wishbones getting "rebushed" with Poly bushes if the wishbones were in good condition. The poly bushes would last much longer, but labour is expensive for this. so probably best to plan for how long you are considering keeping the car.
I believe all the 156 variants (147, GT, SW etc.) are prone to making some occasional creaks from the suspension.
In my own experience I found that that sometimes travelling on very dusty roads could cause a temporary increase in this sort of noise for a day or two, like some dust or gunk were getting trapped somewhere - and worn down.
