147 jtd 2004 BRAKE Fail

One day fine, next day fail.

The brake pedal goes to the floor with little resistance. If you pump it, it does build up a tiny feeling of pressure but not much..

No leaking fluid anywhere, fluid level has remained the same. Possible air bubble from somewhere ? (not sure how) master cylinder seals?

Vaccum pump is good, possible leak in the vac-assist?

any ideas...

I'd say 95% deffo master cylinder, I just did the master seals on my MX5 for the clutch and it was working ok (I had to change the slave anyway) but you could see they had all gone soft so I'm pretty sure any failure would have been quite sudden
