Rattling gearbox or normal?

I changed the clutch (Plus pressplate and bearing) for some time ago, but my knocking sound remains. Disapear when clutching.

Used to have hightouch on clutch before change
Clutchpedal shakes when about to drive away (Engine mount completly wasted)
Knocking sound from gearbox in neutral, louder (but cant hear inside car) after driving hard
Topped up with new 75W90 oil when changed clutch

Gears feels easy, 2nd can be a bit tough when its cold.

Under the bleeding of the clutch it sounded bang first but then everything felt normal. The bearing felt some-what loose to the clutchplate after installing it, maybe it was wrong to install it to pressplate first and not gearbox?

However I got some help with centring it to place with slave-arm.

Should I worry? Everything works great else, I know some noices will stay whatever you do on an Alfa..

Trying to get more active.. >_<
