2002 156 rear wheel grinding noise

Hi there,
Driving into work today I heard a loud grinding noise from the near side rear wheel. Not a squeal like a seized calliper, so I am assuming bearings are gone! They were put under a lot of strain last week when a wheel came off my trailer and dropped the back end of the car
Just wondered if I could change them myself with minimal swearing and if anyone could recommend some bearings to buy? Do I go cheap. Or is it better to go OEM?
Any help appreciated!

Easy to change yourself.

There are 2 different bearings for the rear of the 156/147/GT and dpends on the year.

The "early" ones are more expensive. Unfortunately I don't know what years the "late" ones start at.
