Best Oil for 1.9 JTDM 147

Hi guys, what's the best Oil to use for my 1.9JTDM 147?

I have a long trip down to Cornwall coming up in a weeks time and want to give it an oil and filter change before I go. Always used Castrol in the past. What do you guys use ?

Some people use 10W40 but I wouldn't again! Valvoline synpower (I think) for me. There is also Valvoline durablend but went with synpower
