It sounds like alfa need to get a mass-damper developed for the V6's. We had a similar issue with the Brembo equipped land rover while I worked there. They've an NVH nightmare BUT it's something that had NOT EFFECT AT ALL on your braking performance.
I have a similar noise on my JTD, but because the brakes are smaller, so is the amplitude of the vibration...therefore it's not as much as an issue.
The usual fix for this noise is to add a mass damper, basilcally a lump of steel and rubber, to either the brake caliper (see the rear calipers on reworked Skoda Fabia VRs) or the top of the suspension struts (see the top of the suspension turrent in the range rover supercharged, not the sprot). Alfa Romeo should have a service fix for this, but only if they've deemed it necessary. If not, don't hold your breath. It'll get better when the cold damp weather goes away.
