I ordered a elm327. Now I was able to clear all faults and make some graphs.
Turbo pressure is around 950mbar with engine off, so the MAP is ok. I had cleaned it anyway
When making the engine scream at 4000rpm, 4th gear, running up a hill, it goes up to 2.4-2.5bar.
So the turbo is working!
At normal acceleration, 2500-3000rpm, it gives 1.9-2.1bar.
But the problem is that the intake air never matches the desired air. Always a lot less!
Only at idle it shows more air than requested: desired 300 measured 480 (due EGR blanked).
For example, accelerating it gave 650mg of air, while the ecu wanted 1200!
As you know, the maf is new...
Could it be that the turbo is giving pressure later than it should, so the pressure needs to get higher and sooner than it is doing? Maybe a bad geometry adjustment?

I'll try to make more graphs comparing the intake air vs the desired air.
Also, monitoring the ecu errors, it shows errors that appear and go fast, sometimes even I'm not able to read them. Some that I was able to catch were:
P0101 - air flow meter signal
P0111 - intake air temp. (2)
P0201 - Injector Cylinder 1 (1)
However, the engine runs smooth and appart of the power loss I don't have any other issue.
