the 156 2.5 V6 does not have an oil-air cooler (if that's what you mean by "oil cooler"). it does have a oil-water heat exchanger, like the TS engines.
the 3.2 V6 has a proper oil-air cooler.
the 2.5 V6 q-system (auto) does have an ATF cooler with fan on the left hand side of the car. this might be what you're mistaking as an oil cooler on the 2.5 V6.
pulleys and tensioners should be replaced along with the belt at every timing belt change. unlike the TS, the belts on the V6 seldom fail. but the tensioners are known to fail before the belt. the water pump should be replaced every second timing belt change. they quit on u around 100k kms or so.
