Alfa OEM headunit is allways the same Blaupunkt. Bose is only the amplifier and speakers.
This steering wheel adaptor will work with your new Kenwood HU. However there might be something more to do. I didnt have BOSE so I dont know how to connect aftermarket headunit to it, but I know that BOSE amplifier is connected to allready amplified high-level speaker output on the radio. There is probably one more control wire from the radio to BOSE amplifier to turn it off and on.
One more thing. The pins 4 and 7 on bottom ISO connector (permanent 12V and ignition controlled 12V) are interchanged on Alfa. You need to switch them if you want to use the headunit with the ignition off or if the headunit "forgets" stored radio station when disconnected from battery.
