looks like you may have more than 1 issue
maf airflow tops out and doesn't carry on increasing with boost as expected, either a maf issue or air is bypassing maf and leaking in to turbo inlet pipe ,splits or cracks etc( but looks more like maf issue how it has topped out flat line)
id expect maf to follow similar profile to act boost
and here is boost value divided by maf value(should = approx. 1.95-2.05) you have 2.5+ in high boost area, again maf reading low or air leaking in after maf
this is your desired boost and actual boost , overboost gradually increases until ecu has had enough and drops vnt value, but it doesn't look like its reducing boost due to opening vnt, looks more like it is following the fuel injected quantity and only droped boost as fuel dropped.
see how boost follows fuel very closely and not desired boost
so you have a vnt issue either stuck vanes or boost solenoid issue holding actuator in full spool position.
similar issue here and some things to check posted in there regarding vnt actuator checks.
im also not sure on the fuel quantities for the 2.4 10v but those figures look fairly low , especially to be giving such overboost values, might still be the maf reading low that's causing the fuel IQ to be low and feeling low power keeping fuel low for a smoke limiter.
you have changed the maf is it definitely the same part number/ right for your car?
regarding turbo and vnt
I see in earlier post you say actuator opens quickly on engine shut down, if your willing your willing you can pull the vaccum pipe of the actuator and go for a drive and log again to see any difference in overboost(as vnt will be fully open 20%, will feel gutless , and probably sound different in exhaust tone)
if overboost goes your looking at boost solenoid rather than turbo.
if it helps heres a log of mine maf airflow, boost pressure and boost/maf see how it stays flat around 2(this is also blanked egr, working egr wont work out flat like this)
