Help 147 Connect Nav+ Problems

Hi all,

Another member Glad to join the Alfa Community

Anyway, having a little problem with the Connect Nav + unit installed into my Alfa 147 Lusso...

For some bizarre reason it has decided to crash and is now stuck in a loop. When the ignition is turned on the Red Alfa Display comes up, it then tries to access the Radio and then you get a black screen....This constantly repeats all the time the ignition is on and also continues when the key is removed for about 5 mins. I have tried leaving the car for a day or so and also disconnecting the battery to no avail...

Does anyone have any ideas?

Any help appreciated

How olds the car ? i had mine repaired under warranty as it keep changing to a foreign language and reset the discs every start up. your local alfa dealer will be able to run a set up disc or reset it with their laptop,

Re: 147 Connect Nav+ Problems

Mine did that once, I thought it was goosed so I booked it in for a check over at Mangoletsi, the night before I was due to take it in the Nav+ came back to life and has been fine since. It's a pain in the arse, but try to leave if for a few days before you do anything, it might sort itself out.

You could try pulling the fuse or disconnecting the battery overnight, but that didn't make any difference to mine.
