156 1.8 remap

I've recently bought a 1.8 156 and i'm thinking about getting it remapped, has anybody had their 1.8 done and is it worth it? I looked at angel tuning and it would be 225 and be about a 15bhp increase

Re: 156 1.8 remap

My 1.8TS was angel remapped on my driveway about 4 months ago for about that sort of money. Absloutely THE BEST way to spend 230 on an Alfa TS . You can **** about spending money on air filters and bits of exhaust and I doubt you'd come close to the sort of difference a remap can make.

And forget about counting the bhp difference - the big difference is in the WAY it drives - the power delivery is MUCH smoother - and is how the thing should have been from the factory.

Oh and guess what - same mpg afterwards (once you've got over the 'WOW' period! )

do it....................you won't be disappointed.

Re: 156 1.8 remap

That's what I always tell since... 2 and 1/2 years, after having my TS remaped by Autodelta.
