If you like it, keep using it til you get fed up with it, then sell it.
Gone are the days when a car was knackered at 70,000 miles, yours is only just about run in, it ll do another 130,000 easily.
And its 9 years old, your point is . . ?
Cant understand what conundrum you have really, every car starts "ageing" as soon as it leaves the factory.
If its the car you want keep it, if not sell it, if you wanna sell it, sell asap, cos all car's values go down, apart from a few exceptions, until they get old enough to be considered classics. And, apart from a slight lull at Christmas (as there is with most things that arent essentials or Christmas presents), the only cars that have any seasonal variability are convertiables/cabriolets.
