Hi guys just a question about decals we all know that they can increase the horse power of a car but what about viper stripes, has anyone any idea what kinda power increase i can expect from my new strips?
I was hoping for around 15 bhp more but ive no experience with these mods can anyone help me?
I like them TBH, I think two sets would be better though.
As to BHP In real world terms each stripe is 10-15 bhp, you got 3 so it could be as much as 45bhp, that is at the flywheel mind, twin stripes would, thinking about it put too much strain on you diff and clutch
The Americans normally do this to cover up an ordinarily plain dull motor so the only question would be WHY
They used to be shelby stripes, and were put on AC Cobra's , and then shelby mustangs, now if you find a Cobra a plain dull motor, then you live a wilder life than me
(Shelby after winning Le Man in an Aston, face lifted loads of cars including the AC Tigers and of course had a hand in the Viper project-he's gotta be a true petrol head hero
In an odd way I think the stripes look good...
Yeah they do, but kinda like a bfow I wouldn't want it on my car
